This notice covers the RegArq early-access form. It explains what enters the operating desk, why it is used, and how to ask for a change or deletion.

What we collect
First and last name, work email, organization, role, and the context you choose to share. The submission record also includes a timestamp and the RegArq source page.
Why we use it
To assess and respond to an early-access request, understand design-partner fit, and protect the submission endpoint from misuse. Do not submit secrets, credentials, or customer-sensitive records.
Where it goes
When configured, valid requests are stored as private JSON in Vercel Blob and a notification is sent to RegArq through Slack. If those routes are unavailable, the form offers a prefilled email instead.
On the deployed site, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights may collect aggregate usage and performance information.
Retention
RegArq keeps requests only while they are useful for responding, evaluating a potential engagement, or maintaining necessary business records. Records are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Automated time-based deletion is not yet configured.
